Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to describe the rights, meaning, responsibilities, and other necessary matters of users of the service which is provided by the Tiger Dental Clinic.
Article 2 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions
(1) These terms and conditions shall take effect by notifying the user.
(2) The Clinic may change the terms and conditions in case of a change in circumstances or when there are important business reasons, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as in the preceding paragraph.
Article 3 Rules outside of Terms and Conditions
If matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, the regulations shall prevail.
Chapter 2 Signing up for Membership and Service Use
Article 1 Definition of Members
A Member refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and conditions, fills out a membership form for the service, and has been issued with "ID" and "password”.
Article 2 Establishment of Membership
(1) The Membership is established with the consent of the member to the user's application and to the user's terms and conditions.
(2) Those who wish to join as members and use the service must provide personal information requested by the clinic.
(3) If the member approves the user's application for membership, the member shall notify the user of the member ID and other information deemed necessary by the member.
(4) You cannot change the ID you entered when you joined, and only one ID is issued to one person.
(5) This Clinic does not approve the following applications for membership.
A. When an application is made in the name of another person
B. If you don't use your real name when filling out your information
C. When the contents of the application form are falsely entered
D. When an application is filed for the purpose of undermining social security and order of society or the good morals
Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions
(1) In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 24/7, unless there is a special obstacle to the company's business or technology.
(2) The service usage hours in the preceding paragraph may be limited after prior notice to the members if necessary by this clinic, such as regular system inspection.
(3) Among the contents of the service, online consultation service may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal reasons of the professional doctor who is in charge of it.
Article 4 Service Fees
(1) The service is free for all registered members.
(2) If the Clinic starts charging the Service fee, the timing, policy, and expenses of the service must be disclosed on the service system in advance.
Chapter 3 Service Termination, re-subscription and restriction of use
Article 1 Withdrawal from Service
(1) If the member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must directly send the termination request to the operator via e-mail.
(2) If the member notifies the operator of their name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for termination when applying for withdrawal, the registration record will be checked if it is consistent, and your ID will be terminated.
(3) If you cannot log in with your ID and password, it means your account is terminated.
Article 2 Re-subscription to services
(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to re-register, the member himself or herself can request the operator to re-register via e-mail.
(2) When you request re-registration, you should inform your name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number to have your account re-registered.
(3) If you can log in with your ID and password, it means your account is successfully re-registered.
Article 3 Restrictions on Service Use
If a member commits any of the following acts, the member may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for some period.
A. When it is contrary to public order and social security.
B. When it is related to a criminal activity
C. When the service is planned or executed for the purpose of impeding national interests or social public interests
D. When stealing someone else's ID and password
E. When damaging or disadvantaging another person's reputation
F. When a user double registered another ID
G. When a user hinders the sound environment of service, such as causing harm to services
H. When a user violates other relevant laws and regulations or the conditions of use set by the Clinic
Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability for Service
Article 1 Online consultation
(1) This Clinic strives to maintain security as best we can to prevent the consultation by members or users of the service from being leaked to third parties except doctors and service managers. However, in the following cases, the Clinic is not responsible for the disclosure and loss of the contents of the consultation.
A. Where the password is leaked due to the carelessness of the user and the details of the consultation are disclosed
B. When the user deletes the consultation content clicking the 'delete' button
C. Where the details of consultation are disclosed or lost due to a natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the control of this Clinic
(2) For a comprehensive and appropriate answer to the consultation requested by members, doctors and specialists can refer to the consultation details and answers.
(3) The contents of the consultation made while using the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting personal information.
A. Academic activities
B. Creative activities such as printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc
C. Part of the service contents such as FAQ, recommended consultation, etc
(4) The answers to the consultation are subjective answers based on the medical knowledge of each doctor and do not represent the opinions of this clinic's service.
(5) If you apply for the following consultation, we may not provide all or part of the online consultation.
A. In the case of repeatedly applying for consultation with the same contents
B. In the case of applying for consultation using expressions that are contrary to common sense
C. If you are applying for a consultation that requires a diagnosis name
D. If you are applying for consultation on treatment costs, inspection costs, drug prices, etc
Article 2 Information Service
(1) The service provides overall and general information only. The information or consultation provided by the service can never replace medical diagnosis. The information or consultation provided by the service is never intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about the member's health condition, you should find a real professional doctor and get a diagnosis. In any circumstances, do not ignore the doctor's diagnosis, nor delay diagnosis, consultation, or treatment because of the information provided by the service.
(2) The Clinic does not recommend any specific medical examination, products or treatments in the service. All opinions expressed in the service are those of the doctor concerned. This Clinic is not responsible for any document or consultation provided by the Service.
(3) Acceptance of information from this Service, professional doctors in the Service, or other members or visitors using the Service is entirely at the user's discretion. Therefore, this Clinic shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or other disadvantages arising from the utilization, information, ideas or instructions of any products provided to the users.
Chapter 5 Obligations
Article 1 Obligations of the Company
(1) This Clinic shall make the service available to members unless there are special circumstances.
(2) This Clinic is obliged to provide continuous and stable services as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
(3) This Clinic shall process opinions raised by the members through appropriate procedures, and shall inform the members of the reason and the handling schedule if it takes a certain period of time to process.
Article 2 Obligation to Security Membership Information
(1) Members are entirely responsible for the management of their ID and password.
(2) Members agree to receive an e-mail of the service being sent as part of the service.
(3) If a member’s ID is used fraudulently, the user must notify to the Clinic.
(4) The Clinic does not sell or provide personal information to a third party who is not related to this clinic without prior permission from members or users. However, this Clinic may utilize the registered information provided voluntarily in the following cases.
A. When providing developers with information necessary to develop new functions, information, and services that are useful to members
B. When providing advertisers with statistical (never revealed individual membership) information about service members and user groups
C. When used by the company to carry out advertisements or services according to members and users' preferences
(5) Personal identification (user name, ID, e-mail address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in the communication space (hereinafter referred to as communication space) such as the bulletin board. In this case, the disclosed information may be collected, associated, or used by third parties, and users may receive unwanted messages from third parties. Such conduct by a third party is not controlled by this Clinic. Therefore, this member does not guarantee any possibility of the discovery of member information by means beyond our control.
(6) This Clinic can use cookie technology for the convenience of using the service. A cookie is a small text file used by a website to identify users who are revisiting and to help them continue to access and provide personalized services. Cookies typically work by giving users the only number that has no meaning outside the site where they're assigned. Cookies do not intrude into your system and are not dangerous to your files. The Clinic cannot prevent advertisers of the service or related third parties from using Cookies. If members or users do not want the Cookies to be gathered, they can tick off to reject Cookies in their web browsers. However, the use of Cookies may be necessary for services (especially personalized information) to make the system work properly.
(7) This Clinic may mutually provide/utilize the information of members between the service or the company and the business partners.
Chapter VI Dispute Mediation
(1) Disputes concerning all issues related to the use of services arising except as provided for in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by bilateral agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the company's location shall be the competent court.
Supplementary Provisions: These terms and conditions will come into effect on February 23, 2022.
